Q: What Does Carrie Cares Inc do?

A: Carrie Cares serves community members in need, our primary focus is the homeless and  underserved community.

Q: Who do we serve? 

A: We serve anyone who is in need of a meal or essential items.

Q: How often do we serve community members in need?

A: We serve the 3rd Saturday of every month “Carrie’s giveback”at 15th & JFK (Center City, Philadelphia) starting 12pm until supplies are gone. We also host  periodic outreach giveaways throughout the year. Please refer to our events calendar on our website to find out those dates

Q: How can you become a volunteer?

A: Go to our website Carriecares.org and fill out the volunteer application

Q: Is there an age requirement to volunteer? 

A: There is no age requirement to volunteer, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian or adult.

Q: Do you serve in falling or bad weather?

A: Yes. Carrie Cares Inc. still serves in all weather conditions, except if there is an active health or safety warning for the serving location.
